Who we are

When you work with Dion Killiby, rest assured he brings to every interaction real world learnings from past successes, and importantly, also from past errors in judgement.

Dion built a professional services business (project management / engineering consulting) from scratch, scaled it to just shy of 50 staff and subcontractors, geographically dispersed across three states along Australia’s eastern seaboard, with annual turnover exceeding $9m, in under seven years with net profit margin exceeding 20%.

He ultimately sold that business to an international firm headquartered in the UK before joining their Australian leadership team in the years following sale.

Prior to building and selling the project management business, Dion was a solopreneur for six years embarking on a diverse range of business ventures (with a myriad of lessons gained from each). Before that, gained experience with both state government agencies and private consulting roles.

Within a niche group of hand selected clients, Dion will openly share both his successes and his hard-won lessons (both wins and losses).

Most importantly, Dion draws upon all his experiences, both good and bad, as well as those of many other businesses he has had the privilege of observing over the years, to help you get clear on what you want from your business, how to get there, and in what timeframe.
